AHCCCS Medicaid

Federal dollars are paid to our state medicaid systems annually with budgets equalling billions of dollars. Arizona at this time of 2025 has the largest fraud occurrence in the state’s history. Despite this fact, the leaders in AHCCCS remain in their employment and are even, some, getting promoted. I began speaking out about AHCCCS in Arizona to focus on change and exposing the truth.

As Governor, I will fix the fraud issue in Arizona by first terminating those in charge of the system who continue to perpetuate the problem (and should have been terminated years ago) and replace with experts to address the issue immediately, begin paying the providers who have not been paid, and those who have committed fraud are immediately and properly indicted and tried for their crimes. Due process is not happening for the innocent or guilty, and this must change!
