People with Disabilities have Value
As a candidate for Governor of Arizona, I believe every person deserves access to quality healthcare and meaningful choices in the services they receive. I especially believe that individuals with disabilities and the families who care for them deserve respect, support, and the resources necessary to live with dignity and independence.
Families should never have to fear the sudden loss of critical healthcare services or support programs. As governor, I will work to ensure that healthcare providers and insurance companies are held accountable, that services are delivered reliably, and that families are not left without care due to abrupt policy or funding changes.
I am committed to protecting funding for disability services, strengthening support systems for caregivers, and ensuring that Arizona remains a state where individuals with disabilities and their families are valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Funding Deficits Will Be Addressed Immediately to Protect Tax Payer Monies
As a candidate for Governor of Arizona, I am committed to protecting funding and services for individuals with disabilities while ensuring taxpayer dollars are used responsibly and effectively. I will strengthen oversight through regular audits to verify that benefits are reaching those who meet eligibility requirements, ensure the safety and well-being of children receiving services, and prevent waste caused by poor government practices. When conflicts of interest, mismanagement, or negligence harm a state agency or put public funds at risk, there will be accountability. Such issues will be made public, responsible employees will face appropriate disciplinary action, leadership will be evaluated and replaced when necessary, and corrective measures will be implemented to protect both vulnerable individuals and taxpayers. It is unacceptable for serious failures to occur without consequences, and as Governor I will demand transparency, accountability, and results from every agency under my administration.
